Shipping Policy

▷   Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

▷   Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

 We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
•   Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (Free)
•   Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (calculated at checkout if available)

▷   Order Tracking:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an emailnotification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Return & Refund Policy

▷   Return Window:

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No returns will be accepted after this period.

▷   Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return:
•   The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, and tags.
•   The serial number must match our records.
•   Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

▷   Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:
•   Gift cards
•   Opened software, downloadable products, or digital media
•   Customized or personalized products

How to Initiate a Return

•   Step1:  
     Contact Support: Email our team at contact@info.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

•   Step2:  
     Receive Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items returned             without prior approval will not be accepted.

•   Step3:  
      Send the Package: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location using the provided label.

Refunds & Damaged Items

▷   Damaged or Wrong Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective,damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

▷   Refund Timeline:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll beautomatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Pleaseremember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post therefund too.
